If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, your specified data will be processed for the purpose of processing the request and, in the case of follow-up questions, with us for six months. We will not share this information without your consent.

The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of bank data to the processing bank or payment service provider, to the transport company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill the tax obligations.

In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). The data processing takes place on basis of legal regulations of the §96 Abs. 3 TKG as well as of the Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a (consent) and or lit. b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the GDPR.

Parts of your IP address are stored for statistical analysis to improve our offer and our website. A direct personal assignment or localization does not take place and is not possible. The user data is kept for a period of 6 months, aggregated data up to 2 years.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
